and I will . . . Triumph!

Share your victories with the family every Tuesday. We want to share in the glory and congratulate you on your wonderful achievements.

we can also share ideas on even little triumphs that can make life better for all of us--we can share a great recipe, ideas on potty training, good investment opportunities, family home evening ideas, etc......"pulling together we can work it out!" :)

I made it through another year!!
My best secret for triumph is to always "go to one more house" before quitting or giving up.
P.S.

And Dad is not giving up nor quitting in any way! He is even using the handicap of his left arm in a sling to his advantage in "Hit the Deck." Also another triumph....we tried to see the movie "Enchanted" while Kit & Kevin & the girls, and Rob & Christa, were here with us, but none of the theaters had it in "legendado" (with portuguese subtitles)--only "dublado" (portuguese dubbed over). Today Dad was reading the paper, and found it in legendado! And then he found the theater (across town in a shopping we'd never been in before). The blessing right now is that there is almost no traffic on the streets of São Paulo.

The latest news from Iowa:
Aupreille and I made it back safely and soundly and are ready to caucus tomorrow! (Aupreille keeps reminding me that evil triumphs when good men do nothing). This will be a new experience for us both!
I made it through my first semester of medical school without too much damage. I decided to conduct a small experiment with the Lord and he's kept his end of the bargain.

A quick Triumph note for me was that once again, all the Christmas decorations are packed safely away until the next time! Living in an apartment is an extra challenge, because there always seems to be a few more decorations each year! And Emiy has been working on several of her Young Women Personal Progress projects, and completed a couple this week!
